Although not a perfect sampling of the incredible diversity within YCA, these four couples represent three countries, fund their cruising lifestyle in varied ways, hold different relationships with social media, some are cruising with kids and are married and unmarried.

Most importantly though, they were all in Hope Town, Abaco, Bahamas on a Monday night for bingo at Cap’n Jacks and met up again, the following morning, for a much needed coffee at the beautiful Hope Town Inn and Marina.

Here’s where the conversation went:

YCA: Let’s talk a little about Social Media. Taylor F, if you weren’t doing YouTube and other social media, do you think you would still cruise and work remotely? Or is YouTube the reason you are cruising?

Taylor F: I think it made it (cruising) a lot more possible for me. I don’t think I would be cruising right now, at my age, if it weren’t for [YouTube]. I like to think that I would have done it anyway, it just might have taken me a lot longer...
